Privacy

Last updated: August 29, 2026. Written for parents of the kids who play.

PlayPawNotes is a kid-directed game: toddlers play the piano page. We designed it to stay small on purpose, in line with COPPA and common-sense kid privacy.

No child accounts

Kids do not create accounts. There is no sign-up, username, password, or profile to play. Opening the game is enough.

Parent email only

If you join the mailing list, we ask for a parent email only. That form is for grown-ups who want the Zoo sticker sheet and notes about new worlds. We never email kids. We do not ask a child for an email address, name, photo, or birthday.

What that form collects

The homepage form sends the parent email to us at info@sebastienlintz.com through FormSubmit so we can send the Zoo sticker sheet later. We do not run our own database. Parent email only, never kids. Do not put a child’s address there.

No ads

The site has no advertising, no ad networks, and no sponsored “recommended apps.” We do not show ads to kids or to parents on these pages.

No sale of data

We do not sell personal information. We do not share parent emails with advertisers.

No tracking pixels (yet — and maybe never the creepy kind)

There are no tracking pixels, ad pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site today. If we add analytics later, it will be privacy-respecting measurement for parents’ traffic (for example, page counts without advertising IDs), not behavioral ads, and nothing that profiles a child. None of that is installed yet.

The game itself

MIDI, computer keys, and mouse taps stay in the browser. We do not upload what a child plays. We do not record audio from a microphone. The piano page does not include a chat, comments, or a place to post pictures.

Questions about this policy: use the parent email form on the homepage and say you are writing about privacy. Do not send information about a child beyond what you need to ask the question.
