PlayPawNotes is a free piano game for ages 2–5. It works with MIDI, computer keys, and a mouse. Letters + animals sit on every white key so a toddler can find C without reading music. There is no account — open the page and play.

Poke the on-screen keys, type on the computer, or plug in a MIDI keyboard in Chrome or Edge.

Every white key has a letter and an animal. C is Cat. That is the whole reading-music shortcut.

Put the same animals on real keys

Stick Cat, Dog, Elephant… on the matching keys of your real keyboard. Screen and piano now agree.

FAQ

Does it work without a MIDI keyboard?

Yes. Tap the on-screen keys with a mouse or a finger, or type on the computer keyboard. MIDI is the fun extra, not a requirement. Works best in Chrome/Edge for MIDI. iOS Safari: tap keys still work.

What age?

Ages 2–5 is the sweet spot. If a toddler can poke a key, they can play. Older kids and tired adults use it too.

Are stickers required?

No. The game already shows C Cat, D Dog, E Elephant, F Fox, G Giraffe, A Ant, and B Bear. Stickers on a real keyboard are how the screen and the piano match. The Zoo sheet is coming soon; tape and a marker work today.
